Free Access to Facilities and Equipment

Ege University provides the use of some of its campus facilities and equipment to the general public in order to provide quality education opportunities locally, regionally and throughout the country. 

In terms of online resources, the Library and Department of Documentation website offers free e-publications to the public. DSpace@Ege portal is hosted by Ege University published directly or indirectly; book, article, All academic data such as theses, dissertations, papers, reports, research data  resources in a digital environment at international standards and makes it open access

Library and Computers: Students who are not studying at the university are allowed to use the university library and computers.

Sports Fields: There are also sports fields on campus that are open to the use of all the public. For example, the Open Sports area, which consists of 1 basketball and 1 volleyball court, located in front of the Faculty of Pharmacy, is open to everyone. https://sksdb.ege.edu.tr/tr-4539/ac ikspor.html 

There are also Healthy Life Running Tracks on the campus, which are open to everyone. However, bicycle paths are also available to the general public free of charge. https://sksdb.ege.edu.tr/tr-4539/ac ikspor.html 

There is also a 2000 mt bicycle path on the campus. 

Special Education Application and Research Center: Education and counseling services are provided to children with special needs and their families on the basis of contemporary approaches. https://ozem.ege.edu.tr/index.php 

Ege University Child and Practice Research Center: The center organizes public activities for children and their families. https://egecem.ege.edu.tr/index.php 

Ege University Botanical Garden: Approximately 10000 students from different levels visit the garden every year for educational purposes, and during the visit, introductory and informative presentations are made to them by the staff of the center and the students of the Botany Department of the Department of Biology. The botanical garden hosts approximately 10-15 thousand appointment schools and approximately 5 thousand non-appointment visitors every year. Free seminars are also held in the botanical garden. https://botanik.ege.edu.tr/tr-5519/etkinlikler.html 

Atatürk Cultural Center: The seminars, exhibitions, interviews, theaters and cafeterias organized free of charge in the cultural center are open to the use  of all the https://akm.ege.edu.tr.
