Free Courses Leading to Certificate or Award
Ege University Continuing Education Center (EGESEM), which has been actively serving at our university since 2001, organized a total of 82 training programs in 2024 for people who are not studying at the university, open to the public and free of charge, with a certificate and award . The total number of people participating in these certificate programs is 18758. These free events organized for the general public are organized as free asynchronous and synchronous trainings on the Continuing Education Center website. There are also free certificate programs prepared for foreign nationals. Announcements about these free trainings can be accessed from the links below on the EGESEM website (https://egesem.ege.edu.tr) and from the EGESEM social media account. The trainings were carried out in cooperation with university units and EGESEM. Certificates are given as a result of the trainings.

In addition to Certified Training activities, EGESEM took part in 40 Social Responsibility Projects, 3 international congresses in 2024, and 58 activities related to social integration and inclusion for disadvantaged groups were carried out. Ege University Continuing Education Center (EGESEM) has gained significant momentum in the last five years with the training provided from children over the age of 60 and reached 25,837 certificates in 2024.
