UN SDSN - Türkiye Membership Board Meeting
The UN SDSN Meeting, hosted by Boğaziçi University on June 14, 2023 and also held online, was attended by rectors, vice rectors and NGOs representatives from 28 universities.
Ege University was represented by Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Banu YÜCEL, Sustainability Office Manager Assoc. Prof. Dr. Göknur ŞİŞMAN AYDIN, and Rankings Office Manager Prof. Dr. Çiğdem TAKMA. At the meeting where the work carried out within the scope of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, determined in 2015 and targeted to be achieved by 2030, was evaluated current global and local developments were discussed at the meeting. The meeting, where new term studies in the field of Sustainable Development were planned and mutual exchange of ideas was carried out, ended with the presentation of participants' suggestions.
