THE Impact Rankings
THE Impact Rankings evaluate the work of universities in line with the Sustainable Development Goals set by the United Nations. Global Goals for Sustainable Development; The Global Goals, also known as the Global Goals, were defined by the United Nations in 2015 to end extreme poverty, fix climate change, and end inequality and injustice by 2030.
The Impact Rankings evaluate and compare the sustainability performance of universities under four key headings and 17 areas: research, management, stakeholders and education.
Ege University accepts all 17 areas created in line with the Sustainable Development Goals accepted by the United Nations since 2020 as Individual Sustainable Development Goals.
In the ranking, where the data of 1406 institutions from 110 regions of the world were evaluated within the scope of THE IMPACT data for 2022, Ege University increased its score from 60.2 to 63.6 compared to the previous year and took place in the range of 601-800.
While Ege University is above the world average in 14 of the 17 fields in the "Sustainability Goals Impact Ranking" made by Times Higher Education (THE), it is among the top 10 universities in these fields among universities in Turkey.
